Issue #1445      3 March 2010

Correction

In The Guardian issue 1444 (February 24, 2010) in the article The Chelmsford disgrace – no justice for Barry Hart there is a passage that reads as if the victims could not get a doctor to go to court. This is not correct.

It should have read: ”Dr.Herron could not get a doctor here or overseas to go to court in his defence.”

Mr Hart was the plaintiff. Dr Herron and Chelmsford Private Hospital were the defendants.

Next article –  Special thanks to Alberto and his helpers
