More to life than soccer
Dear Comrade Editor,
I welcome the sports coverage in the Guardian but wonder if the focus could be directed beyond soccer? Table tennis perhaps? Many socialist countries are still developing their capabilities at soccer, and focusing on soccer doesn’t do justice to their achievements elsewhere. FIFA is also notoriously corrupt.

(Don’t worry, Amelia, sports pieces in the Guardian, the Workers’ Weekly will definitely not be exclusively focussed on soccer. No endorsement of FIFA was intended by our last soccer piece.)
