An act of war

Cuba vigil in Sydney.

Activists in Sydney (see photo) and Perth have picketed US consulates in both cities.

Protesters condemned Trump’s most recent moves against the people of Cuba and their revolutionary government.

The Trump administration has implemented a naval blockade on oil supplies to the island. This is considered an act of war, as the population is facing genocide-ike effects due to the strengthening of the 60 year old US blockade.

Trump has used blackmail and threatened retaliatory tariffs on countries that supply oil to Cuba.

Trump is trying to force the Cuban people to their knees by attempting to break their sovereign spirit.

Cuba needs urgent solidarity and people are mobilising across the world condemning the US neocolonial aggression on the Cuban revolution that aims at inflicting so much suffering on the people.

Hospitals, schools, public transport are the first casualties from Trump’s policies.

Other casualties are third countries under threat of being penalised if they exercise their sovereignty and trade with Cuba.

Cuba will overcome! Cuba is not alone! And the criminal blockade!
