Re: Message of Congratulations
Central Committee of the Communist Party of Australia,
On the occasion of the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of Australia, we wish to extend our warm congratulations to all the comrades of your party.
Last October, the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China convened its fourth plenary session which deliberated over and adopted the recommendations for the 15th Five-Year Plan, formulating a top-level design and strategic plan for China’s economic and social development over the next five years. This will create new opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation between China and the rest of the world, Australia included.
Under the new circumstances, the Communist Party of China is ready to deepen exchange of ideas with the Communist Party of Australia and enhance our camaraderie in the spirit of seeking common ground while reserving differences and enhancing mutual respect and mutual learning, so that together we make positive contributions to the friendship between our two peoples and the global cause of peace, development and progress.
We wish the National Congress a great success!
