The CPA Central Committee is saddened by the passing of former Palestinian ambassador to Australia Ali Kazak.
During his time in office, we had the opportunity to meet with him and learned more about the plight of the Palestinian people which gave us even more reason to express our solidarity with the heroic Palestinian people.
We would like to convene our condolences to Ali Kazak’s family, friends and to all the Palestinian people who have lost a brave advocate for the Palestinian cause.
The Communist Party of Australia reiterates its solidarity with the Palestinian people and its strong advocacy for the end of the genocide and for a free and independent Palestinian state.
